We offer AUSTRALIA WIDE shipping only.
Shipping from Perth WA, Australia
Once your items have been completed (based on listing Pre-Order turnaround times) you will receive a shipping notification via email – please check your spam/junk folders, with tracking information where applicable.

Leadtime specified acts as a guide only and does NOT include transit time.  There can be factors out of our control which could cause the leadtime to vary slightly in unforeseen circumstances.  We will always be clear if there were any major delays or impact to the product leadtime or completion.

We aim to dispatch Ready Made Items placed on the website within 3 business days after receiving the order confirmation or dispatched 1-2 business days for priority shipping. 

Enchanted Blossoms & Co, we post orders through Australia Post’s Shipping services. Our Standard Shipping has a flat rate of $9.95 and Express Shipping has a flat rate of $15.00 both excluding insurance. An Australia Post Tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
*Should you wish to add postage insurance, please contact us prior to purchasing.

We process orders by ORDER NUMBER and not by kind of postage option. We do offer Priority Shipping which includes Express Postage, priority processing time of 1-2 business days. 

Please Note - When selecting Priority shipping with your Pre-Order, you'll still need to wait for your product to be made with the specified leadtime time until your product/s are dispatched. Express shipping only gives you priority with Australia Post delivery service.

If you have a combination of Ready Made Items and Pre-Order Items on the same order, your Ready Made Items will be kept aside until your Pre-Order is ready and they'll be shipped together unless they are on completely separate orders with two separate shipping charges. We'll not automatically combine shipping for separate orders. Please contact us for approval to combine separate orders into one postage fee.

Enchanted Blossoms & Co will not be held liable for missing parcels brought about by Australia Post. Please check terms of Australia Post prior to ordering.

All affiliated process with regards to delivery must be communicated between the customer and Australia Post. We are happy to help anytime, kindly contact us through the website via our Contact Us tab.

If your parcel is not collected in time and it is "returned to sender" to us, a charge of $10.00 will be issued to resend out the parcel.

If you make a mistake with your postal address, please contact us immediately and we'll change it on our end - for all Pre-Orders. We can't guarantee the same for any confirmed and processed Ready Made product/s, however if contact is made quick enough we will try and change it on our end, but cannot guarantee this will be actioned before shipping occurs. 

Enchanted Blossoms & Co will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address.

All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Enchanted Blossoms & Co will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Enchanted Blossoms & Co will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

All parcels are tracked with an Australia Post tracking number. However, Enchanted Blossoms & Co will not be held liable due to Australia Post's delivery services: missing packages, late delivery, etc.*

We are using Australia Post for delivery within Australia, please refer to their Australia Post Delivery Estimator for a more accurate delivery times. Kindly remember to take into account our order processing times prior to dispatch and fulfilment of orders. For ‘Next business day’ delivery, please refer to the Australia Post website whether you are part of the next business day guarantee network.
